Laser correction of capillary and venous changes
Laser correction of capillary and venous changes on the face
We use modern lasers to successfully remove rosacea, capillary veins and venous malformations on the face.
The laser removal of thin veins is non-invasive and practically painless.
On the average, the procedure takes from 15 to 45 minutes. The laser beams are absorbed only by the hemoglobine (blood pigment), whereas the epidermis and surrounding tissues remain unharmed.
The energy in the light is converted to thermal energy, the blood vessel closes and disappears.
The area that was exposed to the laser will be slightly red and swollen immediately after the treatment, which is alleviated with cold compresses.
The skin usually calms down completely in 24 to 48 hours. After this, regular skin care products and make up may be applied again.
The changes are visible immediately after the first treatment; however, the treated skin must be nourished for at least four weeks.
After the treatment, direct sin exposure and the solarium should be avoided for at least 10–15 days and protective skin products with a high sun-protection factor should be used. We also recommend that you do not use peels and similar procedures on the treated area.
The number of required treatments depends on the depth, extent and type of the venous changes.
In most cases, two to three procedures suffice; however, the treatment has to be repeated on larger areas in order to avoid permanent damages.
Laser correction of capillaries on legs
Capillaries are small purple-red blood veins, often visible on legs, joints or feet.
Broken capillaries or a capillary crack network is often genetic.

Smaller veins and capillaries disappear immediately. However, larger veins and capillaries require more treatments, depending on each individual.
